Amenities
For our valued guests, we offer the following amenities. The property is located on almost six acres where over one acre is fully fenced with five and six foot fences, a gated entry, two porches, hot/cold exterior spigot, covered carport, long gravel driveway with abundant parking for trailers, UTVs, ATVs, and SxSs as well as a 50 amp service for an RV. The yard area features mulch paths to a cornhole set, a large natural stone firepit, grilling station, picnic area and two disc golf holes (baskets)! On the inside of the Roost you'll enjoy a full compliment of kitchen appliances including dual-use coffeemaker (pods or perc), toasters, microwave, range, fridge/freezer, mini-duct HVAC systems, electric "wood stove" heater, clothes steamer, blow dryers, waffle maker, coffee frother, blender, sleep machines, two washers, two dryers, alarm clock/phone chargers, USB outlets, Alexa Echo Dot, Google Nest, 65" and 55" Roku TVs and all the other cooking utensils, games and gadgets for an enjoyable stay.
